CALLING ALL RIB OWNERS – WE NEED YOUR SUPPORT
Our intention is to cross the Irish Sea from Ballywalter/NI to Port Logan/Scotland, with a minimum of 15 kiters. We require a RIB style boat for each Kiter, to act as support / safety boat on the crossing.

We envisage each boat containing a minimum amount of people on board.

For the NI to Scotland trip - A driver and a spotter. A Kiter will also be on each boat, to instruct on how to launch / land kites in deep water etc.

For the Scotland to NI trip - A driver , spotter, first Kiter and the Kiter who has made the trip to Scotland.
Our intentions are for a Lead Boat and at least 1no. extra boat to act as support/rescue in the event that one of the other boats break down.

The amount of boats we can secure as support will dictate how many Kiters can do the crossing.

The more Kiters doing the crossing, the more money can be raised for charity.

Let us know If you would like to be apart of the Kitechallenge 2009 trip from Ballywalter/Northern Ireland to Port Logan/Scotland and back, please indicate your support by emailing your name, address, contact details and boat information to al.bennett@me.com
